Designed for Clarity. Created for Trust.
A Sanctuary for Legal Reasoning
Our private-client office at Futura Business & Plaza in Lindora, Santa Ana
Futura Business & Plaza in Lindora, Santa Ana, is one of Costa Rica’s most dynamic business districts, the Simple Legal Consulting office was conceived as more than a workplace. It is a private-client environment created for confidential conversations, focused legal reasoning and decisions that may shape a family, an investment or an entirely new chapter of life.
Designed by STUDIO SOCA, founded by Diego Solano, with architectural support from our in-house architect José Daniel Víquez Segura and art curation by SLC founder Herman Duarte, the space balances sophistication with warmth. Natural wood, veined marble, floor-to-ceiling linen curtains -to raise the vibration-, glass, soft sculptural textiles, bespoke furniture, books and antique mirrors create a sense of permanence without unnecessary formality.
A dark architectural envelope gives the office depth and intimacy, while natural light, greenery and the firm’s signature orange introduce warmth, vitality and a distinct sense of identity.Works by Latin American and European artists coexist throughout the office, giving each area its own emotional and intellectual character. Rather than functioning as decoration alone, the collection forms part of the client experience, inviting reflection, curiosity and conversation.
More than 400 clear quartz crystals are integrated throughout the space, forming part of an energetic and symbolic language centered on calm, clarity, intention and balance. Through their relationship with light, glass and antique mirrors, the crystals capture and refract light across the office, creating a subtle visual language that reinforces its contemplative atmosphere.
Every material, artwork and object has been chosen to support the way SLC practices law: with clarity, discretion, humanity and close personal attention.
The result is not a conventional law office, but a sanctuary for legal reasoning: intimate without feeling closed, refined without becoming formal, expressive without sacrificing professionalism, and distinctive without compromising comfort. It is a space designed to encourage concentration, thoughtful dialogue and confidence, allowing clients to feel protected, at ease and fully present from the moment they arrive.
As our founder stated to Forbes Magazine: “We did not create a showroom to manufacture trust. We created a space worthy of the trust our clients had already placed in us.”
