Bianca Jagger, en su calidad de fundadora de The Bianca Jagger Human Rights Foundation invitó a Herman Duarte, abogado director de Simple Legal Consulting (SLC) a formar parte del Bianca Jagger Human Rights Foundation un puesto que asume con gran orgullo y humildad.
Bianca y Herman se conocieron en el evento que organizó Duarte en su carácter de Latin American Liason Officer del Human Rights Committee de la International Bar Association, y han mantenido el contacto por medio de un apoyo constante y permanente, razón por la cual Bianca determinó que la inclusión de Herman en su Advisory Board vendría a beneficiar a la Fundación que fundó y preside.
